About

McVay Law Office, L.L.C., is a dedicated law firm specializing primarily in family and general civil law, including collections. McVay Law Office, L.L.C., was opened July 1, 2008, and for nearly a decade, McVay Law Office, L.L.C., has helped its clients through some of the toughest times in their lives by focusing on and being considerate of their wants and needs. By implementing practical legal practices in each case, McVay Law Office, L.L.C., helps its clients begin the healing process and move forward. This is in large part facilitated by taking advantage of and utilizing current technology, which puts your attorney at your fingertips when you need one the most. All clients are empowered with real time updates by the implementation of MyCase into every matter you have with us. You are also provided your attorney’s cell phone for those times when there is no one in the office, as life does not stop at 5:00. All e-mails are also sent to your attorney’s cell phone to ensure that your attorney is kept up to speed on the current issues in your case.

McVay Law Office, L.L.C., works on both hourly and contingency agreements, depending on the type of case and the client’s needs. Initial consultations, typically up to 60 minutes, are $200.00.

Should you like to set up a consultation, contact McVay Law Office, L.L.C., at 785-228-6688, or click on the Contact button, and someone will contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet.

Hourly agreements will require a retainer to be paid before any work can begin. If the work is completed prior to the depletion of the retainer, the remaining balance of the retainer will be refunded. And do not worry, if your retainer runs out before the work is completed, payment plans can be arranged in most situations.
